Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns subject to 15% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as applicable.
There are certain situations where partial refunds may granted at our discretion:
- Products with opened packaging.
- Damaged products.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Failure to Deliver
Reach Supplies LLC is not responsible for LTL delivery failures or issues in the following circumstances:
- Customer not present for delivery
- Customer does not have forklift to unload delivery truck
- Delivery address lacks adequate space for delivery truck to unload and/or maneuver
- Customer refuses delivery
- Delivery to residential address
- Delivery truck unable to be unloaded in less than 30 minutes
Reach Supplies LLC is not responsible for delivery failures or issues in the following circumstances for all shipments:
- Incorrect delivery address entered by customer
- Incorrect contact information entered by customer
In the event that a Customer is responsible for a delivery failure, Reach Supplies LLC reserves the right to:
- Charge a return shipment fee equal to freight charged for intial order to arrange return shipment to Reach Supplies LLC.
- Refund order via original payment method minus 15% restocking fee, delivery failure fee, original freight charges, and any other fees imposed by a freight carrier on Reach Supplies LLC as a result of delivery failure.
- Suspend customer’s account on reachsupplies.com.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within two weeks, please contact us at support@reachsupplies.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@reachsupplies.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us at support@reachsupplies.com if you need assistance arranging freight for a large pallet sized return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
